But after watching X Factor UK, I liked X Factor UK more...
After all, X Factor UK was created by Simon Cowell....not American Idol..
There are many reasons why X Factor UK is better than American Idol...
1: Foreign people also can also audition.... Not only UK residents...
This is Ethan Boroian... he is originally from Chicago...
But he is doing his masters in UK...
He did audition for X Factor UK last year and got through...
Here is his audition link...

2: You can create and perform your own song and perform it on X Factor...
Here is Chico Slimani singing his own created song "Its Chico Time"
The audiences seem to like it...
3: Its because the judges will be your mentor as well...
Yup... Judges will be ur mentor as well...
They will choose the songs for u...
So this means u wouldn't get blame for the wrong choice of song...XD
From left: Louis Walsh, Danii Minogue, Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell..
4. no matter how old u are, u can audition for it...
William Hooper auditioning at the age of 80... and he entered to bootcamp...XD
5. Can audition as groups...
JLS auditioned as groups and got through to the finals....
According to Simon, they were the best group on the show...
