I want my life to be built with faith.
People may build theirs with achievements, wealth, popularity, relationships (or love, as they may call it), and goodness knows what else. Well they do make sense, till you throw in the reality that these are only temporal, and there is much more in store when life on earth ends.
6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him,7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
God, such earthly things do not matter to me. Let them never matter to me even as I grow older with each passing year. It is my dream, hope and prayer to continually pursue Godliness with eyes ever fixed on You.
